Refund policy

One Another Goods blankets are engineered for the rugged use of our furry friends. But we also all know that dogs have a way of chewing through anything and everything on earth. So we cannot guarantee our blankets won't suffer damage from a determined pet. And while our blankets are also engineered to prevent moisture from passing through them when addressed quickly, we cannot accept any items for return that have been soiled on, or show any other signs of use. 

But should you change your mind about one of our products, we're happy to accept returns for a full refund on unused products, up to 14 days after purchase. A $9.99 charge will be deducted from the original purchase for your return label. 

Items will be inspected for damage or use, and One Another Goods reserves the right to reject a return for damage, or charge extra fees for signs of usage. 

Exchanges and store credit are offered for an item up to 30 days after purchase. If you choose to exchange an item or return it for store credit, the $6 shipping and handling fee will be waived. 

Once your item is processed, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and accepting the return.
